BeweegR has been created on the westside of Tilburgs’ Spoorpark. The building is slightly elevated and overlooks the park. Besides a physical pavilion, it also serves as a community center for sports, exercise and health.

The clubhouse with a paramedical center and sports facilities has been divided into three segments that can be opened and closed independently. The outline of the pavilion is centralized at the front of the building. Parallel to the facade is a long line leading to the showers and toilets. Situated on the left is the physiotherapy segment including treatment rooms. On the right hand side is the sports canteen. This segmentation guarantees a broad, year-round commitment to the sports and treatment functions. The building moves along with the course of the sport seasons.

The size and scale of the BeweegR pavilion, the length, the subtle height difference; it is a simple, but at the same time rich design. With interior spaces of almost 3.5 meters high, to ensure that plenty of daylight enters through the window frames. The tranquility and simplicity of the building contrasts nicely with the intensive movement of its users. On the   courts and crossfit area at the front of the building, but also at the physiotherapy in the pavilion itself. This is a place created for the people of Tilburg to meet and move.
